Some features require an account. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
LinkMagnet helps users create short links, inspect Open Graph tags, generate or improve social preview copy and creative, and review analytics related to short-link activity.
We may add, remove, pause, or change features at any time as the service evolves.
You may not use LinkMagnet in a way that harms users, platforms, or our infrastructure.
You are responsible for the URLs, metadata, prompts, text, and other content you submit to LinkMagnet. You represent that you have the rights needed to use that content and that your use does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
Some LinkMagnet features use AI services to suggest or generate preview text or creative. Those outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable for your use case.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted outputs before publishing, sharing, or relying on them.
You retain ownership of the content and URLs you submit. We retain all rights in LinkMagnet, including the software, branding, design, and underlying service.
If you use a LinkMagnet-provided domain or slug, we may remove, reclaim, disable, or reassign it when reasonably necessary for abuse prevention, legal compliance, naming conflicts, or service integrity.
LinkMagnet may show analytics such as clicks, referrers, country codes, and device categories. These metrics are provided for informational purposes only and may not be complete, perfectly accurate, or available at all times.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service, any minimum uptime, or compatibility with every third-party platform, browser, or destination site.
You may stop using LinkMagnet at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the service, specific links, or accounts if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or if we decide to change or discontinue the service.
LinkMagnet is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or accurate.
We are not responsible for losses caused by destination websites, platform behavior, blocked links, inaccurate analytics, AI-generated outputs, or events outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkMagnet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, or lost data arising out of or related to the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or related to LinkMagnet will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose or 50 U.S. dollars.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version here and revise the last updated date. Your continued use of LinkMagnet after the updated Terms are posted means you accept them.
